Oh why doesn't spore sell side-kick phones?

Ive been wanting one of those phones since I saw people tv (esp claire-heroes) using it. Super cool la. I want. But it can only be found in the states, uk and possibly aussie.

But will it be able to function with the spore networks?

Why isnt that phone available here? It'll definitely have a market here for sure.

I just love the way the phone screen slides up to reveal a key-board :)
