Okay, ive been back for quite some time now but ive been very hesitant to blog.....to get back to reality.... you know the feeling that you just dont wanna snap out of it? but i guess its time...
I had a wonderful time in Egypt. So memorable. Took a whole lot of pics! Thank goodness for my 1GB SD card which i borrowed from my brother. Took over 500 pics. Man, everything abt Egypt is nice.
Took my first airplane flight of my life. First time in the parts of changi airport only accessible to those flying/arriving.....whoa. I like flying.
Anyhow, i really honestly wanna start typing about my wonderful experiences in Egypt but man, once i start, i honestly dont know if i"ll be able to stop.
Egypt is nice. Lovely, Beautiful ppl...especially in Cairo and Alexandria. And believe me, this Muslim country is liberal. Really. The ppl there really know how to dress up. And they're so gorgeous. Man, i was at Cairo Mall on the last night before flying home and i was like "WHY???? Why cant singapore have oh so yummy looking ppl like these?"
Okay, back to reality. groans.
But really, egypt is nice. Its only hot and dry in the South but once you head north, its actually cooler than Singapore!
And yes, i went into the second pyramid. And yes, i saw the mummies. And yeah, i rode a camel! In fact, i tried almost every form of transportation while i was there. Rode a horse carriage, a bus, a taxi, was a pedestrian (very scary experience. traffic is a killer but strangely, the drivers are very polite to pedestrains!), a motorboat, a felucca, a camel, a cruise ship along the river nile, a train frm aswan to cairo and finally, FINALLY, an airplane!
And yeah, heh, we could pass off as locals. Until me and my mom opened our mouths to speak. My bro could speak Arabic so they thought he was egyptian. Which was why our experience in Cairo mall was great..cos we blended in and were not treated like tourists.
Anyway, blogging from Yunxian's house. Yx is flirting over the telephone in a bid to get guys down for our swaps camp. Gross. She can really really flirt. Yes, you can.
